Discipline Policy
- Student should be regular and punctual in attending classes, tutorials and submissions of the term work in various subject. Terms shall not be granted and a student shall not be certified for examination if his / her progress, conduct and attendance are not satisfactory.
- Ragging of students in any form within or outside the Institute is strictly prohibited. Defaulters will be strictly dealt with as per Govt. instruction in this matter.
- Bicycles, scooters and vehicles should be parked only in areas provided for the purpose. The Institute accepts no responsibility for their safe custody. Vechicles lodged elsewhere may be confiscated.
- Any Changes in the address of the student must be intimated by him/her in writing to the college office immediately.
- Student must use uniforms of prescribed pattern.
- A student must carry Identity card signed by the Principal and produce the same whenever asked by the Institute Authorities. Without Identity Card, student will not be allowed to enter the Institute premises and will be strictly dealt with.
- A student is expected to read the notices put up on the notice board of the institute. The institute accepts no responsibility for loss of any advantage by student due to his/her failure to read the notice in time.
- A student shall not go to the press or any other publicity media without premission of the Principal.
- Any damage done to the Institute property apparatus, furniture, equipment, library books buildings etc. must be paid for immediately by the students.
- Student must attend social and national events organized by the Institute such as 26th January, 15th August Doddappa Appa Punyateethi, Mahadasoha Yatra and all declared national celebrations.
- No student will be allowed to appear for the University Examination unless he/she has paid all his/her dues and complete his/her journals and has satisfactory attendance.
- Participation in “Common-Off” will be taken seriously.
- Principal’s decision will be final.
The committee members will monitor like
- To enforce general instructions related to discipline are being followed by the students or not.
- Committee members will keep a strict watch on behavior of students in college campus.
- This committee will take the responsibility to ensure that the college atmosphere is healthy and conducive for learning in all respects for the students.
- If any member finds any misbehavior by the students it should be brought to the notice of all the members & the principal to take necessary action.
- Committee will decide the course of action against the concerned student(s).
- Committee will arrange for display of conduct rules of students and also instructions to be followed in specific places such as campus, library, corridor etc.
